I’ve spent most of my career learning how people experience work. I’ve worked across different HR disciplines, and one thing that has remained constant is a deep curiosity about how workplaces actually work, and how they can work better.

My approach is grounded in listening for what’s not being said, uncovering the patterns underneath the pain points, and asking better questions. Not to poke holes, but to make the path clearer. I’ve led research and strategy projects across industries, helping leaders see their organizations with fresh eyes and design people practices that are meaningful, grounded, and clear.

I believe employee experience isn’t just a “culture” problem - it’s a systems problem. That’s why I bring a hybrid lens: part researcher, part strategist, part builder. Whether I’m supporting teams with performance conversations, onboarding redesigns, or employee feedback loops, I’m focused on building trust through insight, and moving from learning to action.

Right now, I’m drawn to both in-house and consulting roles where I can partner with leaders to evolve how their organizations grow, care for, and learn from their people. I love seeing how an organization breathes and helping it grow with more clarity and care.
