“Everything was designed.”

This idea drives how I approach the employee experience.

I’m a workplace researcher and people ops strategist who cares deeply about how employees actually experience work - from the moments they feel most energized to the pain points that slowly erode engagement. Over the past 5 years, I’ve helped organizations uncover the hidden frictions in their systems, culture, and communication, and partnered with cross-functional teams to design better, practical and scalable ways of working.

My work blends design research, organizational strategy, and human empathy to bring clarity to complex organizational challenges. Whether I’m helping a startup build its first performance processes, guiding leaders through culture change, or improving manager effectiveness, I focus on solutions that are human-centered and aligned with business goals.

I’ve shared a selection of projects that reflect how I approach this work in practice below.
